About the Event
Our Village Arts program encourages teens to use art as a form of expression. Class is facilitated by local KC artist Vivian Bluett, creator of Expressions of Blue. Virtual and in-person options are available.
This month's theme: ALL BLACK EVERYTHING
Students will create pieces that focus on celebrating Black people, and reflect on the Black experience in America. 5th-8th graders, $15 per student. Participants receive a canvas, easel, paint supplies, and snacks.
