It's our fourth season with GOTR... Register your student for our Fall Heart & Sole team! This team is for 5th-8th grade girls. Registration is FREE, and includes the following: - 8 weeks of practices (twice a week) - Drawstring backpack to keep all of her materials together - Beautiful keepsake journal to use at each practice - GOTR water bottle - GOTR Tee - Free Running Buddy registration (must have at least ONE adult to accompany student on race day) Practices: Wednesdays 6p-7:15p, Saturdays 9a-10:15p at the Cleaver Family YMCA 5K Race Day is Saturday, November 9th at the HyVee Arena
